The In-N-Out menu consists of 3 burger variations: cheeseburger, hamburger, “Double-Double.” The burgers are decently sized and delicious. The buns used for the burgers are toasted and baked, and the patties are freshly grilled. The burgers come with tomato, lettuce, the option of onions or grilled onions, and thousand island dressing, which In-N-Out refers to as “spread.” French fries and soft drinks are on the menu as well. If you decide to make your meal a combo, it will include those items. A cheeseburger combo is $6.70 plus tax, a hamburger combo is $6.40 plus tax, and a Double-Double is $8.05 plus tax. The combo meals are perfect for anyone looking for a cheap eat because the burgers are hearty, and the french fries are warm and savory. In-N-Out also offers milkshakes on their menu. They have 3 different flavors: strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. My personal favorite is their neapolitan shake, because it is creamy, smooth, and a mixture of all 3 of the flavors. They offer an array of items on their menu that are cheap and tasty. They have great deals, such as the $5 fill ups. They offer three different main items for the $5 fill up, which are a 1 piece chicken breast, a pot pie, and a famous bowl. Each option includes a medium beverage and a cookie. Their chicken breast is crispy and flavorful. The pot pie is big, warm, and includes chunks of soft, tender chicken. The famous bowl consists of creamy mashed potatoes, corn, and crispy chicken. It is topped with home-style gravy and a blend of cheeses. Another great deal that KFC features on their menu is the $20 fill up. It is perfect for a family because it comes with plenty of chicken and sides. The meal includes 8 pieces of original recipe, or extra crispy chicken, 2 large mashed potatoes, 1 large coleslaw, and 4 buttermilk biscuits. Fast food places are taking a major hit in incoming revenue because of the mere fact that people are deciding to stay home and eat in. People are stocking up on food and household items to ensure that they do not have to eat out. Many people are fearful to go out because the coronavirus has been spreading at a rapid rate in the U.S. and worldwide. Staying home reduces the risk of contracting the coronavirus, and ensures the safety of one’s family. A way that fast food places can continue to do well in light of the virus is to offer more affordable options and deals. This will encourage people to get fast food, and give them more of an incentive to get out. However, the media is highly encouraging people to stay home because it is the safest thing to do. So most likely people will forgo going out to eat. It is important that fast food places provide a healthy working environment in order to maintain business, because people do not want to eat out somehwere where it is dirty and unsanitary. This is because people are touching and preparing their food, so it is imperative that the employees are constantly washing their hands and making sure that the inside of their place is sanitary. They also have good combo deals that include a small fry and drink. My favorite item on the menu is the chili cheese fries. The fries are always super warm, and have the perfect amount of cheese and chili. They also have a bacon ranch and thousand island style of chili cheese fries. Wienerschnitzel’s hot dogs never disappoint, especially the chili cheese hot dog. The chili has a sweet and savory taste, and a little kick of spice to it. The cheese is gooey and has a sharp taste. It costs $2.29 for a chili cheese dog, and $1.89 for a chili dog. Wienerschnitzel is featuring jalapeño poppers on their menu currently. They offer three different flavors: chili cheese bacon ranch, chili cheese, and classic. My favorite is the classic because the jalapeño poppers taste best without extra add ons. Also, you can taste the spiciness of the jalapeño more, and the cheese appears to be more creamy.  For anyone with a sweet tooth, Wienerschnitzel offers dessert items on their menu. They have Tastee Freez ice cream, which is my absolute favorite because it is creamy and sweet. They offer choices ranging from classic sundaes, shakes, and chocolate dipped soft serve cones. They also have a banana split. I have tried it before, and it is amazing. The hot fudge that comes on it is rich and delicious, and the banana is sweet and compliments the vanilla ice cream nicely. Wienerschnitzel has “real fruit lemonades” on their menu. They offer three different flavors, which are: strawberry, pineapple, and strawberry pineapple. My favorite is the strawberry pineapple because it is supper sweet and sugary. The strawberry and pineapple make a good combination because the pineapple tastes sour and tangy. Wienerschnitzel offers party packs called “crowd pleasers” on their menu. Some of the options include chili dogs, corn dogs, and fries. I would highly recommend buying the #7, it includes 4 chili dogs, 4 corn dogs, and 4 chili cheese fries. This option is perfect for a big group of friends or family, because they are reasonably priced, and include a lot of food. Overall, Wienerschnitzel is the go to spot for eating on a budget because their food is cheap, fulfilling, and delicious. 

Starbucks is an affordable place to enjoy a refreshing beverage and food items. They offer a variety of coffee and tea drinks, pastries, and breakfast items. If you download the Starbucks app, you will receive bonus stars every time you purchase an item. It is beneficial to download the app because when you reach a certain number of bonus stars, you will receive a reward such as a beverage, pastry, or breakfast item. With a certain amount of bonus stars you can also receive add ons, such as adding soy milk without having to pay the extra fee. Starbucks also offers great deals on their menu occasionally. The other day they featured a special on their beverages, buy one get one free. I ordered a venti strawberry frappuccino and a venti vanilla bean creme frappuccino, and only paid for one of them. If you are craving something sweet and refreshing, the iced tea lemonade does the trick. It has a good combination of iced tea and lemonade, making it a perfect thirst quencher on a hot day. Overall, Starbucks is a good place to go to on a budget if you are craving a refreshing beverage, pastry, or breakfast item.

McDonald’s is an affordable fast food place to eat at. They offer a variety of refreshing beverages, food, and dessert items on their value menu. Everything on the value menu ranges in price from $1-$3. McDonald’s is featuring a new deal on any size soft drink for $1. This is a great deal because many other fast food places charge a lot more for their soft drinks. McDonald’s soft drinks are extra refreshing because their soda is sweet, and contains a lot of carbonation for a crisp, and enjoyable taste. If you enjoy breakfast, then you will love the hot cakes featured on the value menu. They are super fluffy and are served with a sweet syrup to go with it. This is a perfect option for someone who is craving pancakes, and does not want to have to deal with the aftermath of cleaning up after cooking. McDonald’s also offers fries on their value menu. A small is $1.99 and a large is $3.29. It is worth it to buy the large because it comes with a lot of french fries and is fulfilling. McDonald’s fries have the perfect amount of salt and crispiness. They are always super warm and fresh, never soggy. If you are in the mood for something sweet and affordable, then McDonald’s is definitely the place for you. They offer three different flavors of shakes, an oreo mcflurry, a hot fudge sundae, and a vanilla cone on the value menu. The oreo mcflurry has thick pieces of oreo cookie mixed in with creamy vanilla ice cream. It is perfect for anyone craving cookies or ice cream because they blend nicely together. McDonald’s shakes are also really good because they are creamy and delicious. I normally order a neapolitan shake. It includes all three of the flavors, which are chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla. Each one of the flavors help balance each other out, giving it a smooth and sweet enjoyable taste. The vanilla cone is perfect for anyone looking for a quick and easy fix for ice cream. The vanilla ice cream is served on a crunchy, crispy cake cone. They put a lot of ice cream on the cone, which makes it fulfilling, and leaving your sweet tooth feeling more than satisfied. Overall, McDonald’s offers a variety of delicious items on their menu for people looking for low-cost, affordable options when choosing to eat out. 

Wendy’s is an affordable fast food place to eat at while being a college student on a budget. They offer two really great options for people looking for cheap eats. One of the deals Wendy’s offers is a 4 for $5 option on the menu where an individual can choose a sandwich, get 4 pieces of chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. The sandwiches offered for this deal include the following: crispy chicken, jr. cheeseburger, double stack, jr. bacon cheeseburger. The other deal Wendy’s offers on the menu is the $5 biggie bag. This deal includes the bacon double stack with four pieces of chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. Personally, the 4 for $5 deal is my favorite because there are a variety of sandwiches to choose from. The jr. bacon cheeseburger is definitely my favorite because the bacon has a sweet and savory taste to it. The chicken nuggets that come with the meal are super crispy and the chicken is cooked perfectly. The bbq sauce that comes with the nuggets is sweet, and has a little bit of a spicy kick to it. Overall, Wendy’s is the go to spot for college students on a budget looking for a good, quick, and easy meal.

Being a college student has its challenges. One of the challenges that many college students face is eating on a budget. College students have to worry about paying for classes, textbooks, and possibly rent. So when it comes to eating, many students try to eat on a budget to save money. Good thing I happen to know the best places for cheap eats. One of the best places to eat for a college student on a budget is Taco Bell. They offer a variety of different options on their value menu. The value menu consists of delicious food items for the price of only one dollar. A popular food item that they are featuring on the value menu currently are the double stacked tacos. They are tacos that are wrapped in a cheesy tortilla. There are three different double stacked tacos. There is a reaper ranch, nacho crunch, and chipotle cheddar flavor. My personal favorite is the chipotle cheddar because it is spicy. I normally put a lot of hot sauce on everything I order from Taco Bell, but with the chipotle cheddar double stacked taco I only have to use a little bit because it is already a little spicy. Which is convenient because I hate opening hot sauce packets and taking time away from enjoying heavenly tacos. The nacho crunch double stacked taco is also delicious. It has pieces of shredded tortilla chips inside, which makes the taco extra crunchy. So the nacho crunch double stacked taco is perfect for anyone who enjoys their tacos crunchy and crispy. Another item on the value menu that is tasty is the shredded chicken quesadilla melt. It has the perfect combination of cheese and chicken. The cheese is creamy, which makes the quesadilla more savory. It is a decently sized quesadilla that leaves me feeling full every time I eat it. Taco Bell offers vegetarian options as well. Vegetarian options are rare at fast food places, so it is nice to see that Taco Bell has a variety of vegetarian food items on their menu. A food item I have tried on the vegetarian menu is the cheesy bean and rice burrito. It is layered perfectly with the right amount of cheese, beans, and rice. I have to say that their cheesy bean and rice burrito is my favorite from any fast food place that sells burritos. The quality of the burrito is amazing because the beans are cooked thoroughly and the rice is not too dry. Everything I have tried on the menu at Taco Bell is killer, it is definitely one of my favorite places to eat as a college student on a budget.
