The buns used for the burgers are toasted and baked, and the patties are freshly grilled. The burgers come with tomato, lettuce, the option of onions or grilled onions, and thousand island dressing, which In-N-Out refers to as “spread.” French fries and soft drinks are on the menu as well. If you decide to make your meal a combo, it will include those items. A cheeseburger combo is $6.70 plus tax, a hamburger combo is $6.40 plus tax, and a Double-Double is $8.05 plus tax. The combo meals are perfect for anyone looking for a cheap eat because the burgers are hearty, and the french fries are warm and savory. In-N-Out also offers milkshakes on their menu. They have 3 different flavors: strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. My personal favorite is their neapolitan shake, because it is creamy, smooth, and a mixture of all 3 of the flavors.
